Limited-Slip Axle Additive is a special additive used to modify the frictional characteristics of axle lubricants for use in limited-slip differentials. It is essential in limited-slip differentials when using non limited- slip API GL-5/6 rated gear lubricants as recommended by Jeep. Add to LSD axles when oil changed at recommended 30,000 mile intervals or sooner when towing (also see our heavy duty 75w/140 axle oil for towing as recommended by Jeep).
